Quick pics update #6

The day after Bodiam Castle.  The difference in weather was extraordinary, it was freezing which is, of course, very typical of the UK!

Another castle, this time ‘Dover Castle’ and a very different experience.  They have it decorated as it would have been and the day we went they had actors playing Henry II and his wife.  Barnaby thought Henry II did everything in a chair; fight, eat, sleep, died.  All because this is the only picture of him shown and they used the picture to illustrate him in battle, at home and in death on a small video the kids watched.
